Tonight’s episode of Big Brother picked up right after Thursday night’s eviction. Shane felt on his own for the first time, seeing the last member of his alliance walk out the door. After Shane’s HoH victory, he immediately went back to flirting with Danielle. He told us he had time to devote to Danielle now that Jojo was gone.
Wil and Joe each worried for their safety, while Frank and Bookie felt pretty secure after their deal with Shane from last week.
Shane invited everyone up to see his HoH Room. The group got comfortable and proceeded to sit silently, without saying a word.
Once Janelle’s team finally left the awkwardness of the HoH Room, Joe told Janelle he thought he and Wil would be nominated. Janelle decided she may need to rekindle her friendship with Britney.
Dan, Danielle, Britney, and Shane lingered in the HoH Room after the others left. Britney said it was like her child was dating Dan’s child and said Danielle is 100% safe this week. She shared her idea to put up one person from Janelle’s team and one from Boogie’s, but Shane was insistent that he could not put Frank up.
In an attempt to save himself, Joe cooked breakfast for Shane and Britney and hand-delivered the scrumptious meals to the HoH Room. Ashley then gave Dan and Boogie a lesson in dream boards and how hers got her an iPhone. (Yes, she really said that).
Frank and Shane talked in the HoH Room, and Shane admitted that Wil was his target for the week and that he wouldn’t put Frank up. Frank agreed.
Danielle tried to push the idea of nominating Frank for eviction, but Shane still didn’t want to budge. Shane and Danielle made a final two deal.
Next up was the Coaches’ Competition, called “Feel the Burn.”The first portion of the competition involved a very inappropriate motion of moving their butts back and forth in order to get a point each time. The lowest scorer then had to clean out their locker. Britney was out after the first round and had to choose two players to be on slop for the week. Britney chose Ian, who volunteered again, and Joe, since he hadn’t been on slop yet. (He has). The second portion involved moving their hips from side to side. After that round, Boogie was out and picked the locker with $10,000. He had to choose who to give $6,000, $3,000, and $1,000 to, so he gave $6,000 to himself, $3,000 to Ian, and $1,000 to Jenn. In the final round, Dan and Janelle had to wiggle their tongues back and forth to get the most points. Janelle won, leaving Dan to choose the last locker. He had to choose five people to go with him to a sushi and cocktail party – he took the other three coaches, Shane, and Danielle. As the winner, Janelle chose to save Wil instead of trading away one of her players.
Inside, they learned the Have Nots would be able to enjoy cereal and salmon, which was something Boogie had said to Willie during their big argument before Willie was removed from the house. Ian was tickled pink and said it was the best Have Not food ever on the show.
Janelle and Joe scurried upstairs to talk to Shane and Britney. They tried cutting a deal and told them they would vote whichever way was best for Shane’s game. Next up were Boogie and Frank, who wanted Frank to stay safe. Britney wasn’t convinced. Shane struggled with making a decision. After being called to the Diary Room multiple times, Shane finally went, not knowing what he was going to do.
Shane called everyone back inside the house for the Nominations Ceremony. Since Janelle saved Wil, he was safe, as were Jenn, Ian, Danielle, and Frank, leaving Joe and Ashley to go on the block. Shane said he wanted Janelle to know what it feels like to have players nominated and reminded everyone that the Veto could turn things around. Janelle vowed to fight and do everything in her power to keep her players safe. Frank decided to have Shane’s back going forward in the game.
Tune into Big Brother Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. on CBS 58 in Milwaukee to see who will win the Power of Veto. Who do you think it will be? Have you voted on whether or not the coaches deserve a chance to get back in the game? What do you think America will decide? Leave a comment below!
