Forty-two years ago Bing Choy moved into Central Alberta. He began his legacy in 1970 by opening Bing’s # 1 restaurant in Stony Plain. From his humble beginnings Bing, his wife and six children started sling Chinese and Western dishes to the small community. Bounce forward four decades and Bing’s has expanded into two neighboring towns: Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. With a combined population of just over 75,000 people Bing and his family are busy serving up fresh and flavorful cuisine.
Notorious for homemade burgers, veal cutlets and stuffed chicken the family continues to provide delicious market vegetables with all their Western dishes.
However, if you are looking for true Chinese Cuisine there is no better place to be in Spruce Grove. Entering into the restaurant you have a choice; family restaurant or lounge. You must be over 18 years old to take a table in the lounge. Whichever side you choose to take a seat in, you will not be disappointed as the staff will happily help you out through the diversified menu options.
Traditional Chinese Cuisine to Asian Fusion, Bing’s fires up some fierce spicy dishes such as Kung Pao Chicken, General Sao and Manchurian Vegetables. Chime down the spice and go for bountiful flavors of the Vegetable Bird’s Nest, Ginger Beef or Chow Mein Noodles. Try Bing’s today for a taste of Eastern cuisine in your own backyard.
