Emily Maynard and Jef Holm survived last week’s scathing cheating scandal and are more popular than ever, picking up 21,100 Twitter followers in just one week. As of August 30, their combined followers rocketed to 628,358 and they remain the most watched couples in “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” history. The two lovebirds from are back on Jef’s home turf in Utah and are reporting on their daily happenings.
Emily and Jef remain steadfast in their position that last week’s alleged scandal never happened. In fact, on August 29, Jef Holm even hinted that he and Emily are talking about getting married. Elan Gale, a producer from “The Bachelorette,” threw down some great dance moves at the wedding of fellow producers Cassie Lambert and Peter Scaletter, which was also attended by Emily Maynard and Jef Holm. On Wednesday, Jef sent a tweet to Elan and said that he wanted to see those moves again at his own wedding to Emily. This certainly does not sound like Jef and Emily are on the rocks or anywhere close to a break-up.
Emily and Jef are reunited and running around Salt Lake City, getting ready for Jef’s big move to Charlotte. Daughter Ricki is also in Utah and Jef read her a bedtime story last night. The threesome is already settling in to their new roles as a family unit.
With the nastiness of the tabloid rumors behind them, Emily Maynard and Jef Holm are due for some fun. Tonight, they’re attending the last performance of the Twlight series, a weekly downtown Salt Lake City festival that has concerts every Thursday evening in July and August. Tonight’s final concert includes TV and film star, Common, who is known for his humanitarian efforts through Common Ground Foundation. No doubt that he and fellow humanitarian Jef Holm will have a lot to talk about. The second performer is recording artist Aloe Blacc. His first album “Shine” was an international success and is infused with hip-hop, Salsa, folk and R&B sounds. Emily Maynard and Jef Holm might be dancing in the streets tonight.
