Rocky River Reservation
Caller Frank Koenig leads circle, line and square dances. Koenig teaches easy moves before he calls the dance, so everyone can participate. Olmsted Historical Society volunteers sell refreshments, too. Acoustic Players Circle

Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation
Join this well-established player’s circle to swap songs, chords and styles of playing. Professional abilities are not needed, just a desire to have fun and learn from fellow musicians. Listens are always welcome, too. Cleveland Metroparks celebrates its 95th anniversary with the freeStinchcomb Summer Concerts on Thursday evenings in July from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial in Rocky River Reservation.
Founder William Stinchcomb had a vision of creating places in the Greater Cleveland area where residents could go and get away from the hustle-and bustle of the city and get in touch with nature. His vision started with 3.4 acres in 1917 and now, 95 years later, Cleveland Metroparks encompasses over 22,000 acres.
The Stinchcomb Summer Concert line-up includes two more weeks of live music to enjoy: Thursday, July 19 ∙ Abbey Road (Beatles tribute band) and Thursday, July 26 ∙ Brigid’s Cross (contemporary mix with an Irish twist).
Stinchcomb-Groth Memorial Scenic Overlook is located off Hogsback Lane in Rocky River Reservation, between Valley Parkway and Riverside Drive in Cleveland.

The CanalWay Sunset Concert Series features country singer Logan Wells for the final concert of the summer series – on Friday, August 10 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Canal Way Center, located on Whittlesey Way, off the East 49th Street entrance of Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation, between Grant Avenue and Canal Road in Cuyahoga Heights.

The Look About Lodge Summer Concert Series continues on consecutive Sunday evenings – August 5, 12 and 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Look About Lodge in South Chagrin Reservation in Bentleyville. A donation of $1 per person/concert is suggested and appreciated.
