“Glee” will return to Channel 10 in Tempe this fall, and now fans are being given another look at the action on set and more inside scoop on the upcoming season. On Wednesday, August 29, Caught on Set shared the latest set photos featuring Lea Michele and Dean Geyer. New spoilers have also been shared by TV Line. Check out the new set photos here, and check out the cast and season four premiere photos released earlier this week here. Most of the new spoilers for season four have surrounded Lea Michele and Chris Colfer, but they aren’t all the season will focus on. TV Line shared some new spoilers for Brittany and Finn on Tuesday. Brittany will develop a case of the blues after Santana’s departure, and those at McKinley High will try to help her. TV Line revealed the following:
“It probably comes as no surprise that the show’s second Britney Spears tribute will be a big episode for Heather Morris’ IQ-challenged chanteuse. ‘It’s one of the funniest episodes we have done,’ declares exec producer Brad Falchuk. ‘Brittany is having some troubles and Will and Emma come up with a plan to [cheer her up].’ But whereas the last Spears-athon ‘inspired her and brought her out of her shell, this time it backfires in a very bizarre way,’ teases Falchuk.”
The situation will end up working out in the end though. As for Finn, fans should not expect to see him much at the start of the season. However, he will appear in episode four. TV Line revealed the following:
“In Episode 4, which just so happens to be the big “Break-Up” episode, he will encounter a drill sergeant. In Episode 5, he helps McKinley newbie Ryder (played by Glee Project champ Blake Jenner) get into New Directions. And at some point after that, per Falchuk, he will get a new love interest.”
Fans wanting Rachel and Finn to get back together will not be happy about that love interest news at all. This series has fans buzzing about it on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
My new guidence counselor at school reminds me of Emma Philsbury from #Glee
