Lady Gaga’s just released print ad for her new perfume Fame takes advertising to a whole new level of nakedness.
Lady Gaga is completely nude except for a black face mask. Strategically-placed tiny men are crawling all over her very sexy body. And the fact that the photo is in black and white does not detract from the stun factor.
On Monday the singer tweeted, “i won’t lie I’m a bit nervous. its been a while since i’ve shared some work with you. But i’m so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!” She is referring to Steven Meisel, famous celebrity photographer.
Gaga also wrote in an earlier tweet, “My perfume was designed for women, but a lot of my gay friends wear it.”
Gaga’s perfume is being promoted as the first black-colored eau de parfum that will become invisible once sprayed. Set to hit stores in September, Fame will be available in two sizes; a smaller size that will cost about $30 and a larger size called “Le Masterpiece” that will cost around $70.
The description on the purple and black bottle of Fame lists the fragrance’s ingredients as “tears of belladonna, crushed heart of tiger orchidea with a black veil of incense, pulverized apricot and the combinative essences of saffron and honey drops.”
