Don’t have time to read all of your comics and squeeze in a novel. No worries. Now you can read your comics and novels too. Marvel Comics’ new novel, CIVIL WAR, based on the popular comic book story arc, will also be adapted to GraphicAudio.
Marvel’s novels will be released in the GraphicAudio format, which Marvel says is like having a movie in your mind. It’s a unique audiobook format, with sound effects, cinematic music, narration and a full cast.
CIVIL WAR is a story that altered the Marvel Universe. To sum it up for those of you that may have missed the series, Capitol Hill proposes imposing the Superhuman Registration Act, requiring all costumed heroes to unmask themselves before the government. Divided, the nation’s greatest champions each decide how to react — will they side with Iron Man or Captain America?
CIVIL WAR, the Novel was released in June 2012 and CIVIL WAR in GraphicAudio® will be released in March of 2013 and initially available at www.graphicaudio.net and www.graphicaudiointernational.net. Two titles featuring The Ultimates and one title featuring a Spider-Man prose novel in GraphicAudio® will follow.
