The newest Android powerhouse has been released for ATT, the Motorola Atrix HD. Let’s take a look at the highlighted specs of the device:
Packs a 1.5 ghz dual core processor
8gigs of internal memory with a micro sd card slot.
720×1280 4.5 inch display with an insane 326 ppi density.
Gorilla glass and the same sexy styling as the Morola Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx.
The android smartphone market is already crowded enough as it is, so how does the Atrix HD stack up against the stiff competition? Namely, the Samsung Galaxy S3? Well, compared to Samsung’s monster, one-phone-to-rule-them-all device, one would be hard-pressed to recommend the Atrix HD over it. The S3 manages to pack a bigger, AMOLED screen in about the same package, has a better camera, and not to mention a bigger battery life.
However, the Atrix HD more or less matches the S3 in terms of performance, and let’s not forget the sweet on-contract price of $99, versus the S3’s $200.
