This year the Shriners 4th of July Parade will begin in Uptown Charlotte at North Tryon Street and East 9th Street, ending at Stonewall Street. The parade is scheduled to begin at 2:30 and end at 5:30.
Be sure to get there early to enjoy the best view of this fun, family friendly event. A map is included with this article for those not familiar with Charlotte. The Shriners 4th of July Parade will include marching bands as well as clowns and more. This parade is a free event for everyone.
Most residents are familiar with The Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Shriners help raise awareness and funds for these hospitals. Those interested in making a donation to The Shriners Hospital for Children may do so online.
