Some days everything goes right. Thursday July 12, 2012 was that kind of day for British singer, songwriter and judge for the British X Factor, Tulisa Contostavlos. Today she went to the Royal Courts of Justice in London to get the official “sincere apologies” from her ex, rapper Justin Edwards, who had posted a sex tape of her on the Internet.
With her win in court, Contostavlos best known as being a member of the now-defunct hip hop group N-Dubz, got that much-needed apology as well as acknowledgement from her ex (he had originally denied responsibility for the tape getting on online) that he had posted it. In addition, over 60 sites were forced to take the video down.
Today’s photos show her on the court house steps, making an official statement that Edwards had “messed with the wrong woman.”
A word to Contostavlos: you might have done it for business reasons, but when you won, millions of women around the world cheered that you beat the betrayal.
The day got even better as she boarded a plane to Ibiza, a Spanish island noted for its dance, music and nightlife. She’s headed there with friends to celebrate her birthday on Friday, when she will turn 24-years-old. There’s a picture of her on the plane included in the slideshow..
Today’s photos include pictures from her Twitter feed, pictures from today (with her new sexy-goddess blonde hair) and for good measure, a few photos of her before she went blonde.
