The University of Wyoming was already in the process of making over their football team thanks of the debut of new Nike uniforms this past season and it looks like the trend will continue with the reveal of a new alternate uniform that the team will wear this fall.
Revealed in the above image by Wyoming senior Luke Ruff, the Cowboys’ new “Camo” uniform will use the same digi-camo print that we have seen in basketball jerseys like the ones North Carolina and Michigan State in the Carrier Classic, but the print will not be all over the uniform. The new gear, which is supposed to be a tribute to our armed forces, will feature a light grey base with the team colors in digi-camo on the shoulders and in a wrap-around pattern on the legs. Completing the look is the “WYO” on the front of the jersey which is similar to the revamped uniform they showed off last season.
As of now, the school has not officially revealed the uniforms, so release date and pricing has been set for these new uniforms.
