TROY, NY — Get your fill of Veal Verdile or Chicken Genovese now, because the iconic Verdile’s will be closed for a sprucing up next Monday through Wednesday (July 16-18).
The family-owned restaurant, located at 572 Second Avenue in the Lansingburgh section of the city, was founded in 1943 and now is operated by a third generation of the family.
Verdile’s will reopen for lunch and dinner on Thursday, July 19. No reservations accepted, as usual, but if you have questions you can call (518) 235-8879.
