Downward dog by the water? Plank poses in the grass? Hip shimmies in the sun? All in a day’s workout at West Shore Park in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. There’s still time to take advantage of summer’s long days and warm temperature while taking in the beautiful downtown views that this city has to offer. The Waterfront Partnerships offers free workouts every Sunday morning at the Park until September 30, 2012, weather permitting. Here are the class types and times:
- Yoga 8:30 a.m
- Bootcamps: 9:30 a.m.
- Barre: 10:30am
- Zumba:11:30 a.m
So grab a bottle of water, a mat and go downtown for a free workout or two!
